Our Team

An introduction from the owner, Jason Z CHEN MSc, BSc, Royal Holloway, University of London

It was my honour to take over the Anne Frank Montessori nursery (now Horsham Montessori) in 2016.

I’ve studied hard in the field of management and worked in the women and infants healthcare sector as a manager in charge of private hospitals. With these academic and working experiences, working closely with the current long-term and stable management team, I will try my best to improve the quality of education and facilities in our nursery, in order to provide our children with happiness and a better understanding of the world.

Management Team

Our Horsham nursery is managed by Jacky.

Teachers

The management team and practitioners bring together a wide range of qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience. High standards of recruitment, training and continuous professional development support the development of each practitioner, serving the best interest of each child in our care.

Their qualification ranges from Early Years Teacher Degree in Childcare and Education (Level 6), Foundation Degree Level 4 or Level 5. Montessori Teacher’s qualification and NVQ/BTEC Level 2/3 in Childcare and Education.

Staff are supported in accessing long and short term training and all the teachers follow continuous professional development (CPD) in all areas of childcare.
